Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within Pakistan.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy. To qualify for an exchange, products should be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the content remaining.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track your package.

Our perfumes are formulated with care, but we recommend doing a patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.

Are your perfumes cruelty-free?
Yes, all our perfumes are cruelty-free and are never tested on animals.

What is the oil concentration in your bottles?
It depends and varies perfume to perfume. However, the average concentration is 30% which is the maximum possible.

Will my namaz be acceptable if I use this perfume, as it contains alcohol?
Alcohol is not dirty in itself and is acceptable to be utilized in medicines, perfumes, detergents, and other useful usages. The ban is on the consumption/drinking of alcohol. Liquor (khamr) consists of sugar, alcohol, and water after the fermentation process. So any alcohol not passed through the fermentation process can be used. Keeping this in mind, usage of perfumes because of the alcohol content, irrespective of the concentration of alcohol in it, is not prohibited or banned and namaz will be accepted.

When will my parcel reach me?
We’re as eager to deliver your parcel to you as you are to receive it! Here’s when you can expect to receive your order:
1-2 business days within Karachi
3-4 business days in other cities

Note that sale days are usually very busy so the parcel may take a little longer than usual to reach you.
